“The doctors treating Mwanawasa are satisfied with the steady progress he is making in his recovery,” Banda said.

He explained that the first lady, Maureen, and some family members are at the President’s bed side and that they are encouraged by the messages of goodwill and prayers for his full recovery.

“The Zambian nation will continue to be provided with updates on the President’s condition. I humbly request the nation to continue praying for His Excellency’s speedy recovery,” Banda said.

Please keep the first family in your thoughts and prayers; they need them more than any insinuations and innuendos right now. Honoring and praying for those who are ill is the most honorable Zambian thing to do …

Mr. President, we will soon be celebrating our independence this October and we want you home hosting the Webfetti.comevents, can you do that for the Zambian Enterprise, please?

Get well soon, Mr. President; can’t wait to fly you back home so you can continue kicking some butt, you got a lot of work cut out for you.

Live Long & Prosper; Long Live Levism … thanks a trillion.
